Troubleshooting eQuip Mobile Login Issues
o Make sure the username and password are correct.o The “eQuip” URL you are entering should have the https:// prefix.
o Be sure that you are using the correct “eQuip” URL.
o Do not end the URL with “/equip” suffix, as the mobile app will direct to the eQuip! application automatically.
o Be mindful of whether you can reach your organizations URL from cellular network or if you need to be on internal WIFI. This will depend on your organization's security policy.
