               Description: Implemented the Async Export Threshold to handle large asset exports asynchronously, with an email notification sent upon completion.
               Impact to Customer:

A new software option Async Export Threshold has been introduced with a default value of 5000.

When a user exports asset data from the Search Results tab:

·         If the number of asset records is less than the Async Export Threshold (default 5000), the export behaves as before and the file downloads directly in the browser.

·         If the number of asset records is greater than the Async Export Threshold(default 5000), the export processes in the background, and the exported file is sent to the logged-in user’s email. 

The system also uses the Max Attachment File Size(MB) software option (default value: 5 MB).

·         If the number of records exceeds the Async Export Threshold and the exported file size is greater than the configured Max Attachment File Size, the email contains the following message:

“The requested export exceeds the maximum allowed size of [X]. Please apply more specific filters and try again.”

               Description: The configurable DD1149 form also supports the option to display the total cost of child assets.
               Impact to Customer: Yes

The configurable DD1149 form works based on the following two software options: When 'Show actual costs for child assets in forms or reports' is set to ‘true', the configurable DD1149 form displays the total cost of child assets. When 'Show actual costs for child assets in forms or reports' is set to 'false', the configurable DD1149 form does not display the total cost of child assets. When 'Hide child assets in forms or reports' is set to 'True', the configurable DD1149 form displays only the root asset without child assets. When 'Hide child assets in forms or reports' is set to 'False', the configurable DD1149 form displays top-level assets along with its child assets.
