Modifying KPIs in eQuip
KPI’s can be useful in providing counts of inventory functions based on specific criteria
This article will explain how to modify KPI’s
Navigate to Admin > Manage Application Settings > KPI Definitions
These are the column headings explained
GOAL VALUE – The established goal of the specific KPI as decided by the company
THRESHOLD
KPI QUERY – The SQL query used to extract the desired result.
USER – The user who created the query
DISPLAY TO ALL- This option will determine if the Role permission will be enabled
ROLE- Shows which user roles will be able to see the KPI
KPI TITLE
GOAL VALUE APPROACHES ZERO
REPORT- Will allow a RDLC or Telerek Report to be linked to a KPI
SPREADSHEET REPORTS – Will allow a spreadsheet report to be linked to the KPI
COORDINATED WORKFLOW – To be updated
ASSET TRACKING WORKFLOWS- To be Updated
SCOPE – Specifics to be updated
To edit a KPI Find the desired KPI and click the pencil icon to the right.
To Add a new KPI
Click the Add New Record Button
Enter the appropriate data and click the green check box
