SSelecting Approvers For Transfer Requests
This document walks through the process of adding new approvers for the request workflows. This is accomplished by adding the appropriate users to the Approver template table.
Adding an approver to the Approver template table
- Go to TOOLS > Manage Reference and Template Tables
- Choose Approver from the Template and Reference Tables dropdown list
- Choose Add New Record
- Choose an eQuip! user from the dropdown list to add as a new approver
- Choose Save Changes and then close the window
The Test Administrator User will now receive approve or reject emails when a transfer request is completed.
