How to Modify Dropdowns

Many of the dropdowns in eQuip can be modified simply by going to Admin > Utilize Form Designers. Click the field you want to modify, and click the down arrow to access the drop down values. 

However, some dropdowns in the asset form designer do not allow the user to add values in the Forms Designer. These fields link to other tables where their values are stored. Here is a list of these drop-downs and where to add, modify or delete values: 

Site: 

Tools > Manage Sites or Tools > Data Import >Sites



Location: 

Tools > Add Assets > Data Import > Locations

Sublocation:

Tools>Data Import>Sublocation import

Primary Custodian: 

Tools >Import Data > People

Choose Site

Click Add New People

Select People Category

Enter People Name

Click Check Box

Contract Number

Tools>Manage reference and template tables>Contract Master

Project Number

Tools>Manage reference and template tables>Project Master

Asset Category

Admin > Manage Categories.

Asset Usage

Admin > Manage Application Settings > Usage Options.

Condition

Admin > Manage Application Settings > Condition Options.

Vendor

Tools > Manage Reference and Template Tables > Vendor Master

Manufacturer

Tools > Manage Reference and Template Tables > Manufacturer Master
