      Could not load file or assembly Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515) ( Patch updater )

      When running patch-updater file sometimes there is an error receivied 

       

      Could not load file or assembly Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

      To correct this using the Powershell interface, change directory to where the patch is located enter the command 

       

      Get-ChildItem *.* -Recurse | Unblock-File
